- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT ACTION; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE US AIR FORCE'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract to Stanley Vidmar Lista, 11 Grammes Road, Allentown, PA 18103. This requirement is for the 46th Cyber Command Squadron. This acquisition falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 "Commercial items". The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used. DESC: The 46th Cyber Command Squadron has a requirement for a brand name acquisition regarding various Lista Lab Furniture items in support of Cyber Command testing and evaluation. The requested furniture was custom designed to fit the specific needs of the Cyber Command section, as required to conduct a variety of lab test functions. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337214 and the size standard is 1000 employees. Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a response. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, June 19, 2017.
