- Description
- The U.S. Forest Service, Eastern Administrative Zone (EAZ)/Southern Research Station (SRS), Asheville, North Carolina intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to the Warren School of Forestry, University of Georgia, for grounds maintenance services. These services will be performed at SRS's facility, leased from the Warren School of Forestry, University of Georgia. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). To solicit to another source is not practice due to the property is secured and controlled by the University of Georgia. These services will be contracted for a 12 month base period and 4, 12-month option years. The anticipated award date is June 29th, 2017. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
