- Solicitation for Washington, D.C. Area JROTC Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Alterations This is a request for quote for laundry, dry cleaning and alteration services, to include pick-up and delivery, to be provided in support of the Washington, D.C. Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program. The Washington, D.C. area JROTC program consists of 20 units and approximately 3050 Cadets. The period of performance is a base plus four option periods.
