This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, for commercial items, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; a separate solicitation will not be issued. The RFP number is SP4530-17-R-0004. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161216. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acquisition.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 562211 and the Small Business Size Standard is $38,500,000.00. The proposed contract is UNRESTRICTED. The Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Pacific requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing final treatment/disposal and removal of hazardous and/or non-regulated property in support of the Talisman Sabre military exercise in the country of Australia and incidental services identified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation will result in a single, performance-based, commercial type, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity with fixed unit prices contract. The estimated period of performance will be from 7 July - 30 September 2017. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Australia. Offerors must have all required transportation, disposal and recycling permits, registrations, and licenses to perform work in the country of Australia. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. You may register at www.sam.gov. Registration is free.
