- CDRL A006 Update Laser Eye Protection - FINAL SPS Sections A thru M 15 June 2017 Amendment 0001 ***This amendment only pertains to Offerors who submitted a proposal in response to the original posting dated 13 December 2016.*** SECTION B: Added language in Section B: "For CLIN 0001 Offerors shall insert in Section B of the Schedule unit prices and amounts at the line item level only, even though subline items are also shown in the Schedule. Sub-contract line item numbers (SLINs) for CLIN 0001 are informational only and shall not be separately priced Modified CDRL A006 to be consistent with the SOW by adding IPRR to Block 16 delivery requirements Appendix A of the Laser Eye Protection (LEP) Threat Spectacles Performance Specification, PMA202-1100/R-0 has been updated. SECTION E - Updated 5252.246-9512 to complete fill-ins SECTION H - Deleted 5252.242-9500 to correct inadvertent inclusion SECTION I - Deleted 52.219-9, 252.219-7003 Basic (Mar 2016), 252.219-7003 (Oct 2014)and 52.247-23. Added 52.219-9 Alt II (Deviation 2016-O0009). Updated 252.204-7007 SECTION I: Deleted 52.247-23 SECTION K - Updated 52.204-8 to complete fill-ins SECTION L: Revised Section L, Part B, para 4.3.2.3 to clarify that for CLIN 0001, the Offeror shall identify the proposed price only at the CLIN level only, even though subline items are shown in the schedule The Government has provided the following attachments: (1) Laser Eye Protection - FINAL SPS Sections A thru M 15 June 2017 (2) CDRL A006 Presentation
