- This is an emergency acquisition is for twelve (12) electric-vehicle charging stations, twelve (12) power management kits, 12 EV-Only signs, and 1 year warranty and on-call service. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY acquisition due to rebate requirements with Southern California Edison. IN ACCORDANCE WITH 38 USC 8127(d) VETERANS FIRST CONTRACTING PROGRAM, THIS SOLICITATION IS A VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (VOSB) SET ASIDE. Please review the SOW and Schedule of Supplies and email an offer by 1200 PST on June 19th, 2017. All questions must be received by 2 pm PST on June 16th, 2017, to give time for response. Period of Performance begins on July 21st, 2017.
