- In accordance with FAR 5.203(b)(d) and 6.302-1 the National Park Service intends to award a purchase order to Draeger Safety Diagnostics, Inc. on the basis of other than full and open competition for the supply and delivery of one Alcotest system with accessories to replace an existing system. These are the only breath alcohol test machines approved for use by the Washington State Patrol (WSP) for use by law enforcement agencies in the State of Washington. This notice of intent is not a request for competition, no solicitation document exists at this time. The grand total of this purchase order is estimated not to exceed $10,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this is 334515 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice which will be considered by the agency.
