Description

Solicitation: TFSATTB17CI0002 Finesse Tool for Service Desk The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Washington, D.C., is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for Brand Name Upstream Works for Cisco Finesse Call Center Agent Desktop Management System. Please review the enclosures and provide your proposal via email to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov to the attention of T.Ashcroft/M.Gardner by no later than June 26, 2017 at 2:00pm EST. Please ensure that you propose in accordance with (IAW) the SOW, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JAN 2017) and the Attachment A - Pricing Sheet. The Product Firm-Fixed-Prices should be proposed for the base period and each of the four (4) 12-month option periods. Please submit any additional questions you may have to: purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 10:00am, June 21, 2017. Please reference "TFSATTB17CI0002 Attn: T.Ashcroft/M.Gardner" in the subject line. A Brand Name Justification has been approved, and is available upon request.
