- COMMON LIST OF SUPPLIES SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. ATTENTION Vendors, The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific hereby issues this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify local sources capable and interested in fulfilling a future requirement for the purchase and delivery of commercial construction supplies and equipment items. All items will need to be delivered to Camp Shields, Okinawa, Japan, in support of a Department of Defense Agency Mission. This market research effort is restricted to local sources only. Local Sources are those Companies, Vendors, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Corporations or Partnerships that are physically located in Okinawa or mainland Japan and authorized (i.e., licensed and registered) to conduct business in Japan. Attached is an example listing of commercial construction supplies and equipment items. We kindly request you review the listing of supplies and let us know if your company is capable of providing the supplies listed. ****Please submit any Questions on or before 11:00 a.m. Japanese Standard Time (JST) on Friday, June, 16 2017. ****Please submit your Response on or before 11:00 a.m. JST on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
