- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C3-17-B-0003 for Exterior/ Interior Painting for Office Buildings, Family Housing and Domestic Elementary & Secondary School (DDESS) at Fort Buchanan. A Firm Fixed-Price Type Contract, requirements Type will be awarded from this requirement. The Period of Performance shall cover One (1) base year of twelve(12) months and Four (4) Options Years of Twelve (12) months each. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 1, 2017. This solicitation will be issue to 8(a) Firms on a Competitive Basis for Certified Program Participants within the SBA District of Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238320. The size standard is $15M. The magnitude of the requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any. The IFB will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will not be mailed out or faxed.
