In conjunction with FAR clause 52.213-3, Notice to Supplier contained in the contract, it is intended that no unit price per individual contract line item be exceeded without written authorization via contract modification. The quote shall include sufficient detail to determine the repair price reasonableness. Quotes are to be signed and dated by a contractor's authorized representative and be emailed to the contract specialist. The solicitation is an RFQ.
