- W56JSR-17-R-0012 Industry Day and Draft RFP Q&A UPDATE POSTED 13 JUNE 2017 The Questions and Answers from the Industry Day briefing and draft solicitation review are being provided. Any additional questions shall be submitted to the contract specialist via email to johnna.e.frantz.civ@mail.mil no later than 1600 EST on 20 JUNE 2017. An additional Request for Information and Draft Solicitation will be posted JULY 2017 for final review and amendments before the solicitation is posted. -------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE POSTED 24 MAR 2017 The slides presented at Industry Day and the Draft Solicitation are being provided. Questions on the slides or draft solicitation should be submitted to the contract specialist via email to johnna.e.frantz.civ@mail.mil by 28 MAR 2017. Aberdeen, MD 21001 Registration shall be made via email to the contract specialist, Johnna Frantz, at johnna.e.frantz.civ@mail.mil. Please see the attached announcement for additional instructions. Registration is required, no walk-ins will be permitted. Registration will close Thursday, March 09, 2017 at 2:00PM EST. All expenses associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the participants. ----------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE POSTED 14 FEBRUARY 2017 The NAICS code for this procurement is changed to 541330 "Engineering Services" and the classification code is changed to C "Architect and Engineering Services." The anticipated timeline for this acquisition is updated to the following: Draft Solicitation Release* MAR 2017 Industry Day MAR 2017 Acquisition Strategy Approval MAY 2017 Solicitation Release JUN 2017 Proposals Due JUL 2017 Evaluations Complete** JAN 2017 *Draft Solicitation will be released 5-10 days prior to the industry day. A second draft may be released based on feedback received after the conference. **Evaluations being completed is dependent upon the number of offers received and the quality of those offers. The industry day conference, when scheduled, will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Aberdeen located at 1050 Beards Hill Rd. Aberdeen, MD 21001. The industry day will include presentations by the Army customer, the small business office, and the contracting office. There will be an opportunity for questions. The industry day timeline and agenda will be finalized and released prior to the industry day.
