- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) has a requirement to access the CQ.com databases, sources, and tools. CQ.com is the only Congressional news tracking website that can provide access to multiple databases in a single web interface. CQ.com can provide instantaneous access to congressional hearing transcripts and allow e-mail alerts from a single word, bill member or committee list. Congressional Quarterly is the sole-source supplier of the CQ.com databases, sources, and tools. The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to contract on a sole source basis with Congressional Quarterly to supply a subscription for CQ.com under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(f). The CQ.com contract is expected to be awarded in FY17. This notice represents the only official notice of this solicitation and is not a request for proposals.
