- N00164-17-R-WP24 - Manufacture of AN/SPS-48E Antenna Arrays- FSG 59 - NAICS 334511- Anticipated RFP issue date 17 AUG 2017 - Anticipated closing 18 SEP 2017 Time - 2:00 PM EDT The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the manufacture of AN/SPS-48E antenna arrays in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government considering price, the ability to meet the technical requirements in accordance with the statement of work and past performance. The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001 - Production of First Article Arrays (15 each Part Number 195784-2, 15 each Part Number 195783-2), as required. CLIN 0002 - Production of Arrays (Part Number 195784-2). CLIN 0003 - Production of Arrays (Part Number 195783-2). CLIN 0004 - Special Tooling and Equipment, as required. CLIN 0005 - Data, Not Separately Priced. The Government estimates that the IDIQ minimum will be a quantity of 15 each (Part Number 195784-2) and 15 each (Part Number 195783-2). The Government estimates that the IDIQ maximum will be calculated using an ordering scenario that accommodates 990 each (Part Number 195784-2) and 990 each (Part Number 195783-2) over the course of the Five Year Contract. Delivery will be FOB Destination 300 Highway 361, Crane IN 47522 one month after receipt of order. Selection shall extend to the Government a standard sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 17 August 2017 and is anticipated to be a 100% small business set aside for NAICS 334511. Interested parties can download the solicitation from the FBO website at http://www.fbo.gov, no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid electronically using any "Submit Bid" feature or other electronic means does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person or in the correct format. When the solicitation is available, all responsible parties may submit a proposal for this procurement which will be considered by the Government. This is not a Request for Proposal. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
