DBA 57AD8 P/N AP101049 This is an SDVOSB Set-Aside solicitation and will be solicited per FAR part 15. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. Reverse Auction procedures may be utilized in the final determination of price. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Description, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 06/23/2017; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1). "NOTICE: This solicitation contains DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated."
