- The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for time delay relays, associated parts and equipment for the Mt Elbert Powerplant. The acquisition will be issued Total Small Business Set-Aside. The simplified acquisition will be issued as a Best Value, Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about June 20, 2017. The RFQ will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPS) web page at www.fbo.gov. Send all requests via e-mail to laanderson@usbr.gov. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOps web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. FedBizOps also contains an optional automatic notification service. The product service code is 5945 and the NAICS code is 335313. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Prior to any government award, a vendor must be registered in the SAM.gov website.
