- Attachment 1: List of Parts This Sources Sought Notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 5, FAR Part 6.302-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1. For information regarding this anticipated acquisition, contact the Contracting officials listed herein. All inquiries shall be in writing and submitted via email. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this RFI. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), located at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD, anticipates a need for TRS-3D/16-ES (AN/SPS-75) Radar Systems parts for maintenance, push parts and to support casualties onboard 418' WMSL cutters. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be other than full and open competition under North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 334511(SEARCH, DETECTION, NAVIGATION, GUIDANCE, AERONAUTICAL, AND NAUTICAL SYSTEM AND INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING. The Small Business Size Standard in number of employees is 1250. This requirement must be completed utilizing only genuine Hensoldt Sensors GmbH parts from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Remanufactured or aftermarket parts are not acceptable. USCG requires the contractor to provide new radar parts with the exact fit and form function of the current parts onboard the 418' WMSL cutters. The Coast Guard does not own the rights to the technical data necessary to evaluate other parts. The list of all of the anticipated parts is located in Attachment 1: List of Parts. All parts are to come with the OEM's standard one year warranty. All responsible sources having the expertise and required capabilities to provide the supplies described in Attachment 1: List of Parts are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within the timeframe listed on this Sources Sought Notice. The information submitted must include a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor, and verifying the OEM will supply only genuine OEM parts. All responsible sources are requested to submit the following: company name, point of contact, address, DUNS Number, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size and a statement of capabilities. The business size shall include any applicable preference program (i.e. 8a, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, small business). All submissions shall reference the following within the subject line of their email: "RFI Response HSCG40-17-S-31729 (Hensoldt Sensors GmbH).
