- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS PROJECT IS SET- ASIDE FOR TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN. HSCG82-17-B-PMV229 – MAJOR M&R ALL PURPOSE & FE MAINTENANCE SHOP REPAIRS AT THE USCG STATION SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TEXAS This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide new floors, new ceiling, electrical, mechanical, new windows, doors, flashing and seal the building perimeter, repair/reconfigure existing training room to house gym equipment, repair/reconfigure the berthing room, command room, provide new rubber deck athletic flooring, new bathrooms, repair fire alarm system, enlarge main first floor lobby area, enlarge and enclose outdoor covered terrace, patch and paint all construction interior, redesign scullery area and removal of LBP&ACM during demolition and etc. The estimated value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $36.5 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The performance period will be 270 calendar days. Please reference the above solicitation number in all correspondence pertaining to this project.
