This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Submit offers on RFQ-RML-C-1840434. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005- 94and95_1-19-17.pdf as of (03-21-17). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This is not a total small business set aside. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Rocky Mountain Laboratories, is seeking to purchase Rainin brand pipette tips. This is a brand name request for quotes. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following: 1 Pipette Tips, Rainin, GPS-L10 17005091 60 each 2 Pipette Tips, Rainin, GPS-L1000 17005089 40 each 3 Pipette Rips, Rainin, GPS-250 17005087 40 each 4 Pipette Tips, Rainin, GPS-L250 17005093 60 each 5 Pipette Tips, Rainin, RT-L10F 17002928 200 each 6 Pipette Tips, Rainin, RT-L10S 17002929 50 each 7 Pipette Tips, Rainin, TR-L200F 17002927 150 each 8 Pipette Tips, Rainin, RT-L300F 17002933 100 each 9 Pipette Tips, Rainin, RT-L1000F 17002920 160 each 10 Pipette Tips, Rainin, RT-L1200F 17006419 40 each This acquisition will be administered by Intramalls LLC and the successful vendor must be registered with Intramalls before the Period of Performance begins. This is a brand name, open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for Mettler Toledo Rainin brand pipette tips as defined herein.
