- Attachments listed on Section J Solicitation package General Services Administration requires Operation and Maintenance Services in Austin, Texas. This procurement will be procured as a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside using FAR Part 15 procedures. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. A site visit is scheduled for June 21, 2017 @ 9:30am (CST) located at JJ Pickle Federal Building, 300 East 8th Street, Austin, TX in room (G101), and June 22, 2017, the second day site visit will be held at New Austin Federal Courthouse, 501 W. Fifth Street, Austin, TX @ 9:00am (CST). Please email the COR (Randy Owens), randy.owens@gsa.gov to reserve a seat, (seating is limited due to space). The meeting will begin promptly as scheduled. The cutoff date for Questions under this solicitation is due by 4:00pm on June 30, 2017. Proposals are due by 1:00 pm (CST) on July 17, 2017 to the address listed on Section L. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the requirements of the specifications at the locations listed in the solicittation package.
