Description

This is a SPECIAL NOTICE to solicit on a sole-source basis for installation of Access Control System for Mayaguez Project#NCT15004. Building #PR3904 at the IRS facility in Guaynabo, PR. Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from Tyco Integrated Security due to their proprietary software rights with the IRS. This procurement is not a Small Business Set-Aside and the NAICS code is 561621. The anticipated award date is June 20, 2017 for a period of performance from July 1, 2017 thru December 31, 2017. This Notice is not a Request for Quotation and no solicitation will be publicized. Written response to this Notice may be provided to the primary point of contact no later than June 19, 2017 by 2:00 PM ET, and should include sufficient information to establish a basis for a competed action. Additionally, documentation must establish your capability and willingness to fulfill the requirement. Written response will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
