- Solicitation NAICS: 339113 DLA Land Warren is issuing a full and open competition solicitation that will result in a Firm-Fixed Price 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the following item: NSN: 4240-01-363-1311 Noun: Filter, Gas-Particulate PN: 5-19-7435-10 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 177 each Maximum Quantity: 12,603 each FOB: Destination Packaging: Military B End Item: Filter Units The issue date of the solicitation is 13 June 2017 with an approximate response date of 14 July 2017 (see solicitation for actual offer due date). No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will instruct on how to obtain drawings. DLA Land Warren released Solicitation SPRDL1-17-R-0227 to FedBizOpps (FBO) for production of M48A1 Gas-Particulate Filters to fulfill current TACOM LCMC requirements. This solicitation does not contain incentives for public-private partnership considerations with Pine Bluff Arsenal. This solicitation is necessary to meet current requirements while public-private partnership incentives are developed. The over-arching long-term strategy to have Pine Bluff Arsenal manufacture the collective protection portfolio though a partnership with industry will be implemented by the Government at a future date. The Request for Information described at the ColPro Filter Industry Day, held on November 3, 2016, and updates through future teleconferences are the long-term path forward.
