- Pre-solicitation Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a set aside for certified small business contractors for the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide an indefinite quantity of Electrical Construction Services for the Merrimack River Basin throughout New Hampshire. Locations include: Blackwater Dam Project Office, 43 White Plains Road, in Webster NH, Edward MacDowell Lake Project Office, 75 Wilder Street in Peterborough NH, Everett Lake Project Office, 299 Everett Dam Road in Weare NH, Franklin Falls Dam Project Office, 46 Granit Drive, in Franklin NH, Hopkinton Lake Project Office and Merrimack River Basin Office, 2097 Maple Street, in Contoocook, NH. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238210 with a size standard of $15,000,000.00 No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. Any responsible source meeting this standard may submit a bid to be considered by the New England District. The BPA Base Year shall have a 12-month period of performance from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall have a 12- month period of performance. The project will be set aside for Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District. Please note this solicitation is set aside for certified small businesses. This is not a request for proposals at this time, the solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions for submission and the response date will be available on or about end of June, 2017. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website ( www.fbo.gov ). All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the New England District.
