- Questions and Answers 1. Should offers be submitted to your email address, or is there another method of submission? Answer: Email Address MendozaMA@state.gov 2. Goods are requested to be forwarded to INL Goldbelt WHS in Doral, Florida, but item 002 of the request is for international freight. To which destination should we include freight? If it is internationally (to San José), what INCOTERM should be used? Answer: It must an error on the solicitation as it clearly says "International Shipping and Handling". The entire shipment should be sent to Doral, Florida. 3. Regarding Solicitation #: SINLEC17Q0021, would you prefer to have a rugged semi-rugged tablet? Answer: That is not a requirement of the SOW. However, a rugged protective case that properly is sized and fits the tablet in order to protect it from drops and damage is a requirement.
