- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-1182 for NSN 1650-01-114-1899, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item is being procured is a Filter Element, Fluid. This procurement will be issued as Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures. FULLY COMPETIVIE. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 5363 each. The required delivery schedule is 96 FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 7 JULY 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
