- ****Update**** The solicitation is expected to be posted on June 27, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0281. ****Update**** The solicitation is expected to be posted on June 13, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0281. ************* This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Remodeling and Improvement of the Prosecutor's Offices in San Jose, Costa Rica. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated period of performance is 240 calendar days. The solicitation is expected to be posted on June 6, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0281. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
