- Sole Source Justification The 115th Fighter Wing awarded a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Engineered Arresting Systems Corporation on a noncompetitive basis. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i),, the 115 Fighter Wing (FW) has determined that the procurement of replacement parts for the BAK-14M retractable hook cable support system criteria established for other than full and open competition. It is further determined that only one responsible source and no other supplies and/or services will satisfy agency requirements. The PSC is 1710, NAICS Code is 336413, and Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
