- Video Production Checklist Statement of Work HSHQDC-17-Q-00242 This is a solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide video production services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Cyber Security Division's (CSD) 2017 R&D Showcase & Technical Workshop. The conference dates are as follows: Tuesday, July 11, 2017 through Thursday, July 13, 2017 (event days). The complete PDF of the solicitation is attached. A complete quote must include the following: (i) Complete Video Production Checklist (ii) A single total price (one dollar figure) indicated on the attached SF-1449 Note that if your company is not already registered in the System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ) you must do so in order to receive the contract award.
