- PR: 0066559904 SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 28 JUNE 2017; CLOSING DATE: 27 JULY 2017. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 36. National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-008364248. Approved sources: GOODRICH CORPORATION DBA GOODRICH 13002 P/N 19E832BCL51 GOODRICH CORPORATION DBA 99551 P/N 19E83-2ACL51 This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1C. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is Unrestricted, using Other Than Full and Open Competition. This item has Critical applicability. Export Controls apply. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 160 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Government First Article Preproduction approval required. Testing will be in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications and/or Engineering instructions. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation.
