- The Regional Contracting Office-MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement for Dry Cleaning Services of Drill Instructor uniforms at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD). The period of performance is expected to begin 1 August 2017. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or around 19 June 2017 for the services described above. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 812320 "Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services ". Conducting Business with the Government. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov.
