- Justification This is a re-advertisement of AG-6395-S-17-0122. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price in accordance with FAR 13.500.
