- This is a Sources Sought Notice for a Double Bowl Work Sink for the Hampton VAMC. Please respond if you have the ability and intent to complete this requirement. Include in your response a copy of your capabilities statement and FSS or GSA Contract Number, if applicable. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate any business capable of providing this product. The anticipated NAICS Code for this requirement is 332999. This is not a Request for Quotation and quotes shall not be reviewed at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All responses shall be submitted via email by Friday, June 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST. Responses shall be submitted to Jeremy Boston at Jeremy.Boston@va.gov. Phone calls shall not be accepted for this notice. Minimum salient characteristics to meet the government s need are as follows: Double bowl sink with each bowl measuring 30 x 16 x 10.5 deep (4) 1 ½ x 16 gage wall stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable leveling feet 4 high back splash Skirt in front and sides of table to hide sink basin Marine edge around work surface to prevent fluid runoff (1) Hot/cold water laboratory faucet with swing gooseneck and wrist-blade handles (1) DI water faucet (1) Table mounted pre-rinse hot/cold water sprayer Standard stainless steel drain baskets with removable strainers and flexible drain bellows Push-button height adjustment with range from 36 to 44 Under-counter plumbing enclosure to hide plumbing connections Overall dimensions: 30 wide x 92 long Stainless Steel
