- RFI Package I.INTRODUCTION This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Any formal solicitation that may result from this synopsis will be announced separately. CAUTION: At this time there are no funds allocated or set aside for the future of this requirement. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. II.BACKGROUND The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) is an agency of the Department of Labor (DOL). Within BLS, the Branch of Acquisition Management (BAM) is responsible for procuring a variety of supplies and services. Contractor support is required in order to complete our mission and ensure that a high level of quality is achieved. The objective of this requirement is to obtain non personal support services to complete quality assurance reviews of post-award procurement contract files.
