Performance Works Statement Sources Sought Title: PURCHASE AND INSTALL WINDOW TINTING AND VERTICAL BLINDS Classification Code: N093 - Installation of Nonmetallic Fabricated Materials NAICS: 238150 - Glass and Glazing Contractors Is this a Recovery and Reinvestment Act Action? No Response Date: 16 June 17 Primary POC: Richard Knizekewich This is a Sources Sought Notice in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only to assist in determining if this effort can be obtained competitively and/or as a total Small Business Set-Aside. There is no solicitation available at this time. The purpose of this sources sought is to find interested business concerns, capable and qualified to meet the below requirement. The government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The government is interested in all small businesses to include: 8(a), Disadvantaged Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The government requests interested parties respond to this notice if capable and identify your small business status associated with the identified NAICS code. If a solicitation is released, it will posted on FBO. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor that site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Window Tinting and industrial blinds install as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. OBJECTIVE: The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to purchase and install exterior rated reflective window film at multiple facilities. Also, the contractor will purchase and install low-e interior rated window film at facility 1100. Facility 1100 is only facility to have interior style film installed; all other facilities are exterior rated film. The contractor's performance will be based on the Contracting Officer's (CO) evaluation and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) (Quality Assurance Personnel) and the results required by the Service Summaries (SS). Please see the attached PWS for all additional information. INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS: Respondents encouraged to include the below information within their statement of capability packages. Capability packages should not exceed two (2) single-sided pages in length; a. Company Information: Your Company's name, address, point of contact with email address and telephone number, Federal Cage Code, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), and business size. Your company must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). To register, go to https://www.sam.gov. b. A Statement of Capabilities demonstrating the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to perform the work specified within the attached PWS. Please limit your relevant past performance to the past three (3) years and include the Contract Number(s) or Customer/Company Name. c. Capability package responses shall be sent via email to 366cons.lgca1.services@us.af.mil and richard.knizekewich@us.af.mil. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Paper copies of this announcement will not be provided. Any information received will be used solely for the purpose of market research. GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY: This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the government for any purpose.
