- ============================= IMPORTANT NOTICE TO POTENTIAL OFFERORS ============================= 12 June 2017- Preparations are being made for a site visit. A firm date for the site visit has not been determined; however, it is expected to be held the week of 26-30 June 2017. In order to participate, potential offerors must provide the full name and Social Security Number (SSN) of each representative that will attend. Each offeror is limited to two representatives, including subcontractors and teaming partners. DO NOT PROVIDE NAME AND SSN VIA EMAIL UNLESS THE EMAIL IS ENCRYPTED. You may contact the buyer or PCO for information on establishing encrypted email capability. Alternatively, you may provide name and SSN via telephone, The deadline for providing the name and SSN is 3:00 PM EDT, 16 June 2017. Only those whose information is submitted by that time will be permitted to participate. Further information regarding the site visit will be provided as it becomes available.
