- AFS-500 requires the additional training materials, and miscellaneous toolkits to enable AFS change management instructors to meet continued scheduled training offerings of Prosci Change Management methodology to AFS employees. These materials are needed to fulfill competency skills development training for all AFS employees, meet deployment requirements of the AFS change management program to meet AFS-1 ™s deliverables on the FAA Administrator ™s Workforce of the Future Strategic Initiative, and restructuring of the AFS line of business.
