- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Pacificorp, 825 N.E. Multnomah Stl, Portland, OR 97232, for electrical service in Ririe, Idaho. Electricity will be provided year round from dates 6/13/17-6/12/18. The NAICS code is 221122 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Rachel Dyer at rdyer@usbr.gov within 10 days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future, same or similar requirements. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received.
