- RFI The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in support of the Office of Security Services is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide nationwide guard services in support of SEC Headquarters located in Washington, D.C. and its eleven (11) Regional Offices located in Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Fort Worth, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Salt Lake City, UT; and, San Francisco, CA. This includes both armed and unarmed services in separate jurisdictions. The purpose of the RFI is to identify market practices and capabilities for a nationwide guard services contract. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further the SEC is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to the RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any are issued.
