- SF-18 Specs Solicitation N00421-17-Q-0188 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 Products must be Zephir Limited under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. Only quotes from authorized Zephir Limited distributors will be accepted See Attached RFQ. Please complete Section K Award all or None: Please include shipping charges to zip code 20670 Items must be brand new Please include your Cage Code See attachment for specs. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The Government will consider all proposals received by 1:00 pm est on 15 June 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
