- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Air and Radiation, Office of Transportation and Air Quality, National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), Ann Arbor, Michigan, requires 3,500 Gallons of 2007 Cert. Diesel; 6,000 Gallons of Tier II Cert. Gasoline; and 3,500 Gallons of Tier III Cert. Gasoline. This solicitation includes one option that can be exercised up to 180 calendar days after time of award for an additional 3,500 Gallons of 2007 Cert. Diesel. All Fuels shall be delivered FOB Destination in accordance with the attached specifications and procedures. This acquisition is subject to full and open competition and will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable basis. Quotations shall be submitted no later than June 26, 2017 at 2:00 pm (EDT) via FedConnect.net. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
