- Submittal Register Drawings Solicitation Document This is a Solicitation for the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Carson, CO Solicitation No. W911RZ-17-Q-0035. The MICC Fort Carson on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) intends to issue a single award contract under the Authority of FAR part 13, for the delivery and application of magnesium chloride dust palliative. The delivery and application of magnesium chloride dust palliative is to be applied to selected gravel roads on For Carson (El Paso County) and Piñon Canyon (Pueblo) Colorado. Contractor shall meet all requirements in accordance with application procedures of the SOW. Contractor will have 60 days to complete delivery and application. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any industry input as a result of this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. It is the Government's intention to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for this requirement. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325180. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the lowest price. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 325180 (b) EMPLOYEES: 1000 Questions must be submitted no later than: 1100 MST, 29 June 2017 All quotes must be submitted no later than: 1300 MST, 06 July 2017 All items must be delivered by: 60 days after contract award Delivery location: refer to solicitation document Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation date. Sellers must read and comply with all specifications, shipping information, and terms outlined in the attachments. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Fort Carson, CO 80813). In addition to the ‘DPW17-009 Submittal Register', price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Request for Information (RFI) for this requirement must be sent via e-mail to SFC Zepeda, Roberto (roberto.e.zepeda.mil@mail.mil) no later than 1100 MST, 29 June 2017. Quotes must be submitted via e-mail to SFC Zepeda no later than 1300 MST, 06 July 2017. The government will not guarantee a response to any question and/or clarifications after the submission deadline stated in the solicitation. All information regarding this requirement will be communicated via FBO. All communications regarding the submission of quote or RFI's, including any questions technical in nature, must be made in writing via e-mail to SFC Zepeda. Questions will NOT be answered by telephone or in person (TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). It is the responsibility of the contractor to continually view the website for any updates and amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current and complete. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
