Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Fort Myers Delineated Area: North: Winkler Avenue East: SR 865 South: Daniels Parkway West: US 41 connected to Boy Scout Drive to Fowler Street which then connects to Winkler Avenue on the north boundary Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1 6,940 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,940 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local ode, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Adequate eating and banking facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
