- Solicitation #W912J3-17-T-0021 for Coverall Rental & Laundry Service The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG), Santa Fe, New Mexico is soliciting on a 100% small business set-aside for services to provide a Coverall Rental and Laundry Service, New Mexico one base year plus four one-year options in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). However, if no small business quotes are obtained for this requirement the NMARNG will then consider all quotes submitted by other than small business'. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price. A solicitation will be issued along with this synopsis in accordance with FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. A solicitation for this requirement will be available immediately on Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov). All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. A performance work statement (PWS) detailing the specifics of this requirement is included in the solicitation. The Government estimates that an award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation and Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offeror. To be considered for award, the prospective contractors shall submit the following documents to Kim M. Armstrong via email to Kim.M.Armstrong5.Civ@Mail.mil by 30-June-2017, 2pm (MST): 1) A Detailed Cost Breakout of all pricing to conform solicitation requirement (including option years); 2) Complete and included the Tax Representation FAR Clause 52.209-11 and submit with a proposal; 3) List of Three (3) past performance within past five (5) years include: Contract Number, Contract Description, Amount, Period, and Customer point of contact (Name, Phone Number, and email address) The prospective offerors shall be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM: www.sam.gov) database IAW FAR 252.204-7004, and be registered in Wired Area Workflow (WAWF: https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically. All questions pertaining to the details of the solicitation, or the PWS itself shall be submitted to NMARNG Contract Specialist Kim M. Armstrong via email to: Kim.M.Armstrong5.Civ@Mail.Mil, by 2PM MST on 23-June-2017; Questions will not be accepted after this date.
