- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: St. Louis Delineated Area: City limits of St. Louis Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1240 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1300 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): None Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 9 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: The Government has a need for an unclassified, open, collaborative cloud development space for 30 hoteling stations with high-speed internet connections at each station (greater than or equal to 100Mbps, wireless). The location should be fully furnished and include: -Standard office furniture (i.e table type individual desks arranged in a classroom setting, and rolling office chairs) -Access to small conference rooms -Access to breakroom/kitchen area Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
