- Attachment A, SOW A000005 Amendment A000005 Amendment 000005 updates Solicitation HSFE20-17-R-0007 with additional questions and answers and includes a revised Attachment 1, Statement of Work. The changes were made in order to clarify the 15 minute shift overlap and the changes are highlighted on pages 31 and 32 of the SOW. An additional SOW change includes renumbering 5.6.3.5.6 to 5.6.3.6 and 5.6.3.5.7 to 5.6.3.7. The due date is extended to June 19, 2017, 12:00 PM EST. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect.
