- STATEMENT OF WORK Seeking Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, or Small Business which can meet minimum requirements as per SOR below for Kansas City, MO VAMC. ***NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR SOURCES SOUGHT NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS POSTING*** Please respond to email: paul.dixon@va.gov by close date 6-15-2017 at 7:00 am CST. The contractor shall provide at minimum salient characteristics as stated below: STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS The Columbia, MO Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, is requesting vendors to provide the following below. Any information submitted by an offeror for consideration will not be returned and will remain the property of the VA. All costs associated with submitting the above are the responsibility of the Contractor and all information provided must be submitted to the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall provide the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital with 750 parking permits for parking privileges for 750 vehicles within 1 mile of 800 Hospital Dr., Columbia, MO. All parking permits shall be provided on a Firm Fixed Price basis in accordance with the terms and conditions and statement of work contained herein. Permits shall be valid for use in 1 or 2 designated areas within 1 mile. Parking shall be open for permitted parking at all times, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays, during the term of this contract. The parking lot shall be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by permit holders to self-park, lock and retrieve vehicles. The Contractor shall provide either electronic access card technology (transponder), a hang-tag permit or license plate ID system in the quantities and the locations specified. If a hang-tag permit or card access system is used, the Contractor shall furnish parking hang-tags/access cards 2 weeks prior to the start of the contract, allow 2 weeks prior to expiration of the permit. Contract will be Base Year and up to 4 Option Periods, Period of Performance to start August 1, 2017 July 30, 2022.
