- Title: Sex Offender Treatment Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services The U.S. Probation Office for the District of Utah will soon begin the solicitation process for the 2018 fiscal year, service start date will be 10/01/2017. As a result of this process we intend to award Blanket Purchase Agreements for Sex Offender Treatment, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health Services, for the following areas in Utah: Logan; Ogden; Salt Lake County; Utah County; St. George; Price area, and Sanpete County Area. (Feel free to bid on one or several of the treatment areas and services) The Request For Proposals (RFP) has been issued by the Administrative Office in Washington D.C., and will be posted to the U.S. District Court and U.S. Probation Office website very soon generally (7/1/17 or 7/2/17). All info will be posted at http://www.utp.uscourts.gov/vendor-solicitations If you are interested in submitting a proposal in either of these areas, please review the requirements of the RFP, and plan to attend the Vendor Information Session on July 20th, 2017, at the U.S. District Courthouse, located at 351 South West Temple, Suite 2.402, Salt Lake City. The session will begin at 11:30, will run approximately one hour, and end with a Q&A session. Please come prepared with any questions you may have about filling out your proposals. If you are unable to attend this information session, we will send out a meeting recap shortly after the meeting. We look forward to reviewing your proposals, and meeting you on 7/20/17. All proposals will be due in the probation office by 4:30 p.m. on 7/31/17. ***Please note - this RFP will only be for Sex offender, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health Treatment. If you are only interested in UA collection, let me know and I'll add you to our mailing list for next year.
