- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit the requirement for Comprehensive Monitored Flush (CMF) of the ships port and starboard CPP (Propulsion System System) for the shafting and associated equipage onboard a forward deployed vessel in SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) factors. This procurement will be set aside for small businesses. The contract will result in award of a Firm-Fixed Price Service Type contract. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 08 JUNE 2017 with a closing on 18 JUNE 2017. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website under Business Opportunities under solicitation number N00406-17-Q-0007. No telephone or Fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSUP FLCPS. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
