- Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park has a requirement for the repair and replacement of an engine on a 40 yard, front loading refuse (trash) truck. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 (effective January 19, 2017). The solicitation number is P17PS01623, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 811111 with an associated small business size standard of $7.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. All attachments can be accessed via the link below to FedConnect, or by going directly to the FedConnect website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are four attachments; Attachment 01 (Quote/Pricing Sheet), Attachment 02 (Statement of Work), Attachment 03 (DOL Wage Determination), and Attachment 04 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The Government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers, and are listed in order of descending importance: technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON June 16, 2017. Quotation package must be submitted by email directly to Lisa_Henson@nps.gov. Offers submitted by hardcopy or the FedConnect web portal or FedConnect Message Center shall not be accepted or considered. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Lisa_Henson@nps.gov, and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., "P17PS01623 QUESTION." THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE CONTAINS ONLY A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SOLICITATION. The Standard Form 18 together with all four attachments, make a complete solicitation package.
