- The requirement is for Flexible Air Duct Hose. The NSN 4720-00-803-8362 has an estimated annual demand of 319 each unit of issue. NSN Nomenclature CAGE Company Part Number 4720008038362 Air Duct Flexible Hose 21868 HBD INDUSTRIES, INC 50859-60 4720008038362 Air Duct Flexible Hose 98891 HBD INDUSTRIES, INC dba CHANUTE 50859-60 4720008038362 Air Duct Flexible Hose 54789 SALEM-REPUBLIC RUBBER COMPANY C180-OK-K007 This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Based on market survey this is a commercial item to be issued under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items procedures. The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base period and an option to extend the contract period 2 times (for 1 year each time) at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS for items supplied covered under this contract. Copies of the solicitation are available at the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and available approximately 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is NOT set-aside for small business. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During the course of the on-line auction, offerors' proposed prices will be publicity disclosed to other offers and anyone else having access to the on -line auction. The public disclosure is anonymous, meaning that each offeror's identity will be concealed from the other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicity for each offeror's. The vendors' proposed identity will be concealed from other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicity for each offeror's proposed pricing (e.g. "Offeror A"). By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction. An offeror's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, unless the Contracting Officer decides that further discussions are needed and final proposal revisions are again requested in accordance with FAR 15.307. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The solicitation shall be available in FEDBizOpps after the 15 th day of this posting. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. (X ) The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. (X ) Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. (X ) The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government.
